What to include

If it is about a specific domain, send the full name including the ending. If it is about a tool result that looks wrong, send the exact input you used and what you expected instead — registry data varies by ending, and knowing which one you hit usually explains it straight away.

Reporting abuse

Phishing, malware, a botnet, or bulk unsolicited email from a domain registered here goes to abuse@yellow.domains. Send the domain and what you saw — a link or a message header is enough. That address is read every working day and you get a reply saying what we found, whether or not we act. What we can do is disable the domain's DNS and pass the report to the registrar; the terms set out where that ends.

Reporting something wrong

Prices, availability and lookup results come from live registry sources, but registries disagree with each other and some do not answer at all. If something here contradicts what your registrar tells you, that is worth reporting — the discrepancy is the useful part.

Response time

Usually within one to two business days.
